Customer Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Customer Agreement governs your relationship with USDTBANKTRANSFER.org for cryptocurrency conversion services. By registering and using our platform, you enter into a binding agreement with our VASP-registered entity (RDWW-1633) in Poland, EU.

2. Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Maintain USDT wallet turnover of at least 3× your selected transaction volume
  • Provide accurate information during registration and verification
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Use only TRC20 network for USDT transactions (other networks disabled)
  • Provide a valid location for Face-to-Face (F2F) transactions
  • Accept our privacy, bulk trading compliance, and anti-fraud policies

USDTBANKTRANSFER.org IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY LOSSES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By signing this agreement, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

  • Total Loss Risk: You may lose all your cryptocurrency due to market volatility, technical failures, network issues, or user error
  • No Recovery Guarantee: We cannot and will not recover lost, stolen, or misdirected cryptocurrency
  • Blockchain Finality: All blockchain transactions are irreversible and final
  • Network Dependencies: We rely on third-party blockchain networks beyond our control
  • Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and account access
  • No Insurance: Cryptocurrency holdings are not insured or guaranteed by any government or insurance agency
  • Technical Risks: Smart contract bugs, network congestion, or protocol changes may affect your funds

YOU AGREE TO HOLD USDTBANKTRANSFER.org HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CRYPTOCURRENCY LOSSES.

4. Service Levels and Guarantees

We provide the following service commitments:

  • First 50 transactions are exempt from platform fees
  • Referral commission fixed at 0.002% of eligible transactions
  • Registration review within 24 hours (subject to compliance requirements)
  • Support access limited to registered and verified users only
  • F2F transaction coordination based on provided location data

5. Account Eligibility and Verification

Account approval is subject to:

  • Sufficient USDT wallet turnover verification
  • Adequate wallet balance maintenance
  • Successful completion of wallet connection and approval process
  • Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements
  • Jurisdictional eligibility for cryptocurrency services

6. Transaction Processing

All transactions are processed through our order book system. Unregistered users attempting to place orders will be redirected to complete the No KYC Sign Up process. Market rates are subject to real-time fluctuation and are not guaranteed at order placement.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration under Polish law. As a VASP-registered entity in the EU, we comply with applicable financial services regulations and dispute resolution procedures.

8. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

  • Violation of this agreement or our terms of service
  • Failure to maintain minimum wallet turnover requirements
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Regulatory or compliance requirements
  • Extended account inactivity

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount of fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to all claims, including those related to cryptocurrency losses, market volatility, or service interruptions.

10. Agreement Modifications

We may modify this agreement with 30 days' notice to registered users. Material changes affecting cryptocurrency loss disclaimers or liability limitations will require explicit re-acceptance. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Customer Agreement, including all cryptocurrency loss disclaimers and liability limitations. You confirm that you are entering this agreement voluntarily and with full understanding of the risks involved.
