  • USDT to bank account transfers
  • Face-to-face (F2F) cryptocurrency trading
  • Order book and market-making services
  • Wallet connection and verification services

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Maintain a USDT wallet with sufficient turnover (minimum 3× selected transaction amount)
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Complete our registration process and wallet verification

  • Network congestion, technical failures, or blockchain issues may affect transactions
  • You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys
  • Market volatility may impact conversion rates between order placement and execution
  • We do not guarantee transaction completion or specific exchange rates

5. Registration and Account Security

Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Ensuring your wallet meets minimum turnover requirements
  • Providing a valid location for F2F transactions
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

6. Fees and Pricing

The first 50 transactions are exempt from platform fees. Standard fees apply thereafter as outlined in our pricing plans. Referral commissions are fixed at 0.002% of eligible transactions. All fees are subject to change with prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using our services for money laundering or illegal activities
  • Attempting to manipulate market prices or engage in fraudulent trading
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions
  • Interfering with our platform's security or functionality
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance, security, or regulatory compliance without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

USDTBANKTRANSFER.org's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to cryptocurrency losses, market fluctuations, or technical failures.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland (EU). Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Polish law. Our VASP registration (RDWW-1633) ensures compliance with EU cryptocurrency regulations.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
